Mustard Southern Curled Giant

The Southern Curled Giant Mustard is a lavishly growing handsome crumply leafed variety that grows upright with huge spicy leaves.  The plant grows erect up to a metre tall and has an exceptionally long season.

With a rich flavoured, dependable mustardy punch the young leaves of the Southern Curled Giant Mustard are great in salads and the mature leaves, considered a staple in some parts of the USA, a pungent peppery spinach alternative in sautés or stir fries.  Also good pickled or canned.
