The original baby leaf spinach. Matador spinach produce small rounded leave son compact plants that can be spaced close together. Can be cooked like spinach used in stir fry’s or fresh in salads.

Easy to grow and produce fast. Matador spinach, like all other spinach varieties does best under cooler conditions. Consider planting in half shade during hot summer months
