Snowberry Tomato

The Snowberry Tomato is an excellent cropping European cherry tomato.  The delectable pale yellow fruit with their almost white flesh are the closest to being pure white of any of the cherry tomato.

Snowberry Tomatoes are mild, fruity low acid tomatoes for that refreshing burst of tomato flavour.  The pale colouration makes a gourmet colour contrast in any salad and makes a fantastic pale yellow sauce.
