The Salad Bowl Green lettuce is an award winning American creation that was introduced in 1952.  It is a large striking light green deep cut open leafed variety of pick and pick again lettuce that can be encouraged to produce throughout the season.  From sowing to maturity in between 6.5 and 7 weeks.  Plant successively to extend the already long harvest season. Perfect for container gardening.

The Salad Bowl Green Lettuce has deliciously sweet and tender leaves adding an enticing light colour, satisfying crunch and sweetness to salads and sandwiches.
