Red Express Cabbage

Amazing  purple cabbage, quick grower ! Red Express is a small to medium size cabbage with an amazing dark purple colour. Great for slaw, stir fry’s and salads. In the right conditions it can mature in less than 75 days.  In frost areas it will however slow down during the winter months; don’t despair, you will have a great early spring crop.

The pigment in Red Express cabbage is so pronounced that it will turn mayonnaise a beautiful light pink colour in coleslaw. The taste is so sublime you will be forgiven for eating half the harvest raw before any further processing.
