Old German Tomato

A large tomato with yellow/red colouring inside and out. Origin traced back to Mennonite Communities that occupied parts of Dreier Friesland during the early 1800’s. Fruits have firm flesh with very few seeds, making it an excellent slicing tomato.

At Glen Seeds, we found that Old German is extremely dependable over seasons with a moderate tolerance to diseases. Yields are solid and fruits size and shape can vary quite a lot, which makes this a very interesting tomato plant to grow.
