Merryn’s Butter pole bean
We were looking for a pole butter bean which is scarce as hens teeth and luckily our good friend Merryn Scott Thluzek from Aloe Dale provided us with some starting stock. Merryn does not know what the bean is called however it’s a true heirloom which has been passed on from her grandmother to her mother and Merryn has maintained these seeds over many years. We decided to name it after Merryn in recognition for her excellent and steadfast pursuit of ethical and organic farming.
We were very impressed with the outcome, the beans are extra large and the plants yield very nicely.
Approximately 20 Seeds
