Market White Garlic Pre order

Garlic Pre-orders are open!

Our garlic is currently being sorted and due to numerous requests we are opening up pre-orders. How does it work? You can order your garlic now and we will ship it towards the end of January / beginning of February so you have it ready to start planting middle February. We are well stocked this year but sometimes stock goes quick, so rather secure yours early to avoid disappointment. We will contact each customer individually when shipping time arrives to double check a most convenient shipping date. Anything else you order with the garlic pre-order will be shipped with the garlic.

Market White is well adapted to SA, we got this variety, also available in pink, from an organic grower that sells garlic commercially. The bulbs are flat with medium to large size cloves and weight around 50 grams when cured. This is the ideal size and shape that retailers prefer. Flavour is very good. We have very limited stock this season.

Both market white and pink, performed very well in our own trials even when conditions were anything but ideal. Hard neck variety.
