Jacobs Cattle Bean
A stunner of a dry bean!. Jacobs cattle beans named after the colour of Jacob’s cattle described in the bible. This mottled maroon and white bean is a staple in soups and cooking. Jacobs cattle bean’s are sometimes confused with trout and appaloosa heirloom beans but they are not the same.
Jacobs cattle grows on bush like plants and originated in the New England state many moons back.
