Green Sausage Tomato

The Green Sausage tomato is a magnificent example of a paste tomato.  The bushy, determinate vines grow best in full sun and are perfect for container planting.

The striking lime green and yellow elongated fruit, with its thick, firm cavern free flesh and sweet cucumberesque flavour make it ideal for green salsas and sauces, they are also excellent when fried.
