Aji Norteno Chili

Aji Norteno chili is special insofar it has a distinct taste and works exceptionally well in cooking. Great for sauce making as well! Heat is on the mild side. Bring the best out of pasta dishes, add to sauces or dry for powder. You cannot really go wrong with this dark orange / light red large chili.

Aji Norteno is a relatively easy grower, very productive when conditions are good and will even thrive in non optimum conditions.
