Costaluto di Parma is a very old Italian Heirloom that produce highly ribbed flat round medium fruits that is excellent for slicing or as a paste tomato. When it comes to making a cheese and tomato sandwich, we at Glen think you can’t do any better than this one. Growing these in South African Highveld conditions we noticed that they do tolerate light frost making these tomatoes good early and late season plants.
