Orange Hubbard

Sweet, Nutty and Buttery! Hubbard Squash has stood the test of time, originally developed circa 1890 Hubbard squash stays a classic favourite.

Orange Hubbard squash has a smooth tough skin, not warted like the more recent green variety, filled with delicious fine grained orange flesh. Plants are quite robust and need some space. All round an easy grower. At Glen Seeds we plant Hubbard early in the season to avoid setting in of mildew.
