Persian White Garlic Pre order

Garlic Pre-orders are open!

Our garlic is currently being sorted and due to numerous requests we are opening up pre-orders. How does it work? You can order your garlic now and we will ship it towards the end of January / beginning of February so you have it ready to start planting middle February. We are well stocked this year but sometimes stock goes quick, so rather secure yours early to avoid disappointment. We will contact each customer individually when shipping time arrives to double check a most convenient shipping date. Anything else you order with the garlic pre-order will be shipped with the garlic.

We found this variety growing in the backyard of an oriental carpet trader whom brought it to South Africa from his native Iran many years back. Garlic originated in the middle east and in our view the Persian’s perfected it!  Persian White garlic has done extremely well in our fields at Glen Seeds and we are very happy to make this outstanding strong flavoured variety available to gardeners all across South Africa. If stored properly you will have a constant years supply until your next harvest, that’s how long they last!

Plants are robust and bulbs are smaller with normal sized cloves. Soft neck variety.
