Market Pink Garlic

Market Pink is well adapted to SA, we got this variety, also available in white, from an organic grower that sells garlic commercially. The bulbs are flat with medium to large size cloves and weight around 50 grams when cured. This is the ideal size and shape that retailers prefer. Flavour is very good. The pink striping also makes it quite appealing. We have very limited stock this season of market pink.

Both market white and pink, performed very well in our own trials even when conditions were anything but ideal. Hard neck variety.
