Ostra Cyclon Hungarian Paprika

Ostra Cyclon is a Hungarian Paprika with very mild heat and great flavour. Good for using as is or as a drying pepper. In South Africa “Paprika” normally refers to a sweet pepper. The European and middle  versions of Paprika however has mild heat, which adds to the versatility.

Ostra Cyclon is a very old heirloom paprika from Hungary. It grows easily and gives a solid harvest. The shiny red fruits are quite pretty as well and makes for a very nice  display in the garden.
