Papri Queen Pepper

Papri Queen Paprika is a sweet pepper with more flavour than most sweet peppers. Fresh In salads they add extra zing. They are also excellent for drying and making powdered Paprika. Merely cut the fruits in half from stem side to blossom side, remove seeds and dry. Ground down in a food processor and voila! Your very own Paprika powder.

Sweet Paprika as we commonly use in South Africa must not be confused with Hungarian Paprika, these are peppers with heat also used to make chilli powder. Glen Seeds will very soon release seeds to the market of Hungarian Paprika.
